This is the high-speed AI processing layer. When you want to work on a specific case or project, you "load" files from the Vault to your Desk.
The AI can only "see" what is on your Desk, ensuring precision and eliminating hallucinations from irrelevant files.

Need to switch contexts? Hibernate old projects to the Vault instantly to free up Desk space.

Fair use applies to unusually dense text (logs/CSV/JSON).

Fair Use Policy

• Documents Only: Desk/Vault storage applies exclusively to standard business files (PDF, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, TXT).

• High-Density Text Cap: Files with extreme text density (e.g., raw .txt, .csv, .json, server logs, or code repositories) are capped at 5GB of raw text per project to maintain system stability.

• Media Limitation: Pure media storage (Video/Audio/ISOs) is strictly capped at 1TB.

• Excessive Data: Accounts exceeding 20TB of total storage or exhibiting abnormal vectorization patterns (e.g., >200 million tokens/month) may be contacted to discuss a dedicated Enterprise instance.

• High-density text files may hit processing limits before storage limits.

Standard AI chats with text. Zedly Code Agents can write and execute secure Python code to analyze Excel files, generate trend graphs, and perform complex math—all within a secure, ephemeral sandbox that destroys the data and code the moment the answer is generated.

For example, your scientists are currently pasting secure data into Excel or ChatGPT to make graphs. That is a security risk. Zedly AI is a private, ephemeral 'Clean Room' for data analysis. It creates the graph, then destroys the data.

A Session is a saved snapshot of your Active Desk — including selected documents and chat history. You can restore any saved Session into the Desk at any time.

Only one Session can be active on the Desk at any time, ensuring maximum accuracy, security, and predictable performance

Analysis Credits represent units of AI processing used when Zedly analyzes documents or performs secure calculations on your Active Desk.
Credit usage varies based on the size and complexity of the task. Credits reset monthly, and additional credits may be purchased as needed, allowing you to manage usage in a predictable and controlled manner.
